If you’re having second thoughts about your SOMBRILL, don’t worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

How to Return your Item

Please email sales@sombrill.co.uk with your order number to arrange your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly in the original packaging. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If more than 14 days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please please contact us at sales@sombrill.co.uk.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your SOMBRILL for a replacement, please email sales@sombrill.co.uk
